Motoblouz develops a frictionless customer journey with HiPay and Apple Pay

Motoblouz has specialized in the sale of motorcycle and biker equipment since 2004.

With several million orders placed, the company now offers 700 brands and over 120,000 items on its e-commerce site!


Looking for a trusted partner, Motoblouz chose HiPay in 2016 to support its expansion and payment strategy.
In 2021, Motoblouz went international, ambitious to conquer bikers around the world within the Motoblouz family!


The brand's key challenge was to make the customer's shopping experience as smooth as possible.

Motoblouz wanted to offer its customers an optimum user experience, anywhere and at any time, by minimising friction in the payment process.


    The following solutions were found through discussions between Account Managers and Motoblouz:


    • Improve the simplicity of the customer journey to attract new customers
    • Implement a broader payment offering to expand the market


      Today, the purchasing journey is frictionless when it comes to payment, and Apple Pay is the third most popular payment method used by Motoblouz customers, with flows representing more than 10% of the total in France.
