Is it possible to refund a customer regardless of the payment scenario?

HiPay offers the merchant the ability to refund both in-store and remote purchases to facilitate the customer experience, regardless of the payment scenario. Refunding an item is achieved through the registration of the card token. (Thus funds flow through secure APIs and can be paid out without the presence of the customer or the card).

What type of payment terminals does the solution work with?

The stores are supplied with Android Pax all-in-1 terminals. The terminals have the functionality of a cash register software, from scanning to product sheets and printing receipts.

Do you provide the terminals as part of the solution?

This offer is co-constructed in partnership with Avem, a terminal supplier and maintainer. The solution is based on the latest generation of PAX terminals that facilitate the daily work of sales staff.
